Scrounging around for something to eat, I found an Old El Paso soft taco kit and some cans of tuna. I mixed up the tuna with some mayo and some of the seasoning from the kit, then sandwiched it with a couple of handfuls of shredded cheese (I wish I had used more cheese. There's never enough cheese!) in between 2 of the taco shells and fried it up
